Roman Pieczka

Roman Pieczka has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Roman currently holds the position of Head of Engineering Systems Central Europe at IAC Group, where they have been since August 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Head of R&D Center Opole at the same company, starting in December 2020. Additionally, they served as the Manager CAx at IAC Group starting in April 2020. Before joining IAC Group, Roman was the Leiter CAE at EVO GmbH from July 2017 to March 2020. Roman also had various roles at TECOSIM Group, including Technical Manager and Leiter CAE Interieur from December 2015 to June 2017, Team Manager from April 2014 to November 2015, Project Manager from April 2013 to March 2014, and Project Engineer from January 2012 to March 2013.

Roman Pieczka earned a Master of Science degree from AGH University of Krakow between 2001 and 2006. From 2005 to 2007, they attended the Technical University of Munich and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree.
