Donnah Ciempka

Donnah Ciempka currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at the Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce since March 2023 and has been the Head of School at Ascot International School since April 2021. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Donnah has held various roles with the International Baccalaureate since 2008, including Consultant and Visiting Team Leader. Previous positions include Interim and Acting Head of Junior School at Mentone Girls' Grammar School and Deputy Head of Junior School, along with roles at Pearson as an Educational Consultant and at Geelong Grammar School as Deputy Head of Campus. Donnah’s early career includes significant positions in curriculum coordination and teaching at various institutions, including Glen Eira Kindergarten Association and Western Academy of Beijing. Donnah earned a Bachelor of Education from Queensland University of Technology and an Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Melbourne.
