Jo Meissner-Reid is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in educational administration. Prior roles include Operations Team Lead in the Learning and Teaching Division, where Jo coordinated with various stakeholders to ensure successful initiative support, and Head of Academic Operations, managing budget forecasts and operational challenges. Jo's career began with various administrative roles across notable organizations, complemented by a robust academic foundation from Opole University in Poland, holding two Master's degrees in American History and English Philology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Education and Teaching English as a Second Language.
