Leanne Aitken

Leanne Aitken is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and strategic HR management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organisational Effectiveness and HR Business Partner at the International Baccalaureate since September 2022, Leanne previously held the position of Head of Transactional HR at The National Autistic Society, where responsibilities included leading recruitment strategies and optimizing HR activities.
