Dr Szymon M. Kubiak

Dr. Szymon M. Kubiak serves as Co-head of the Employment Practice Group and an Equity Partner at Wardynski & Partners since October 2004. In addition to this role, Szymon is the European Regional Forum Liaison Officer and Co-Chair for the International Bar Association. Szymon has been a lecturer at both Jagiellonian University and the Academy of European Law since 2009, specializing in Labour Law and Social Policy. Pro bono work includes participation in the Strategic Litigation Programme at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, focusing on issues such as discrimination and freedom of speech. Previous positions include Associate Head of the EU/Employment Law Desk at Wasylkowski Wiater & Partners and various junior associate roles in law firms throughout Europe. Educational credentials include a PhD in law from Jagiellonian University and an LLM from Harvard Law School.
