Kleber Luiz Zanchim is a legal professional and partner at SABZ Advogados since March 2009, with extensive involvement in various legal and infrastructure organizations. Currently serving as co-chair of the Infrastructure Committee at the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Empresarial - IBRADEMP, Kleber is also a member of the Instituto de Direito de Recuperação de Empresas - IDRE and the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos de Recuperação de Empresas. As a Water Law Committee Officer for the International Bar Association and President of the Sanitation Committee at the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo - IASP, Kleber focuses on restructuring the sanitation sector. Additional roles include membership on the Special Commission for Infrastructure, Logistics and Sustainability at OAB SP and serving as an arbitrator with the Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem do Instituto de Engenharia and Fiep - Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Paraná. Kleber holds a postdoctoral degree in Administration and Business from the University of São Paulo and earned a PhD in Contracts, Infrastructure, and Financing Transactions, alongside an LL.B in Law from the same institution.
