Nadège Nguyen

Nadège Nguyen is a seasoned professional in corporate law and management, currently serving as the Materials Officer, Outreach & Education Officer, and D&I Officer of the Law Firm Management Committee at the International Bar Association since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nadège has been a Partner in Corporate M&A and a member of the Executive Committee at Gide Loyrette Nouel since January 2004, having initially joined the firm in 1993 as a trainee and later as an associate. Nadège was also actively involved in Lex Mundi from 2003 to 2015, serving as Chair Emeritus, Board Member, and Chair of the Board. Educationally, Nadège holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of London and a DEA in Droit International Privé from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
