Tim Licence's work experience begins in 1998 at Mister Print, where they serve as a Manager until 2001. In 2001, they join the International Bar Association (IBA) as a Graphic Designer, where they develop the brand identity and strengthens its position within the market until 2006. Tim then becomes the Head of Production, Web, and Design at IBA, involved in content generation and delivery until 2011. From 2011 onwards, they serve as the Creative Director at IBA, leading the team responsible for maintaining high standards of print and online communication materials and building the organization's online presence for a remote membership. Tim also creates films promoting IBA's activities and projects.

Tim Licence has a diverse education history. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Ravensbourne University London, where they pursued a BTEC degree in Technical Illustration. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they enrolled at Solent University, focusing on Technical Illustration and obtaining an HND degree. Later, in 2008 to 2010, Tim pursued A* A level studies in Photography at Farnborough College of Technology.
