Stuart Baxter

Stuart Baxter is a Global Spirits Ambassador at International Beverage since August 2021, with a rich background in brand ambassadorship. Previously, Stuart served as the Global Brand Ambassador for Douglas Laing & Co. from November 2019 to July 2021 and as the Brand Ambassador for The Single Malts Portfolio at Chivas Brothers from July 2018 to December 2019. In the hospitality sector, Stuart managed the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Number 16 from July 2016 to December 2019 and held the position of Commis Sommelier at The Gleneagles Hotel for a brief period in late 2014. Educationally, Stuart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Glasgow Caledonian University and has completed various certifications in spirits and whisky, including a Level 3 in Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Diploma in Single Malt Whisky from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy.
