Bruce Stepp

Vice President/foreman/journeyman Wireman at International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers

Bruce Stepp has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bruce began their career in 1989 in the U.S. Army Reserve, where they specialized in Enemy Prisoner of War tactics and operations. In 1992, they joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, where they worked their way up to the position of Vice President/Foreman/Journeyman Wireman. During this time, they also completed a 2-year residential apprenticeship program and a 5-year commercial/industrial apprenticeship program. In 2009, they transitioned to Cutler Real Estate, where they worked as a REALTOR, specializing in traditional home sales, investment properties, and foreclosures. Their extensive construction background proved valuable in this role. In 2014, they joined Douglas Electric Inc. as a Foreman, managing all electrical construction, personnel, and materials. Finally, in 2017, they joined Lake Erie Electric Inc. as a Foreman. Overall, Bruce Stepp has gained extensive experience in electrical construction, real estate, and military operations.

Bruce Stepp's education history includes attending Hondros College in 2009 to study Real Estate. Prior to that, between 1989 and 1993, they obtained Military Certifications in the Military Police Corps and Aircraft Avionics and Armament Systems. And finally, between 1988 and 1992, they pursued General Studies at The University of Akron. Additionally, in 2010, Bruce obtained the certification of SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
