René Offermanns

René Offermanns is a Principal Research Associate at IBFD, a position held since July 1996, with responsibilities covering Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the Dutch overseas territories. Prior to this role, René Offermanns served as a University Assistant at Tilburg University from March 1993 to March 1996, during which time a Ph.D. was pursued. René Offermanns holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Tilburg University and another Master's degree in Civil Law, Company Law, and Fiscal Law from Radboud University.
