Rita Botelho Moniz

Rita Botelho Moniz is an accomplished tax lawyer with extensive experience in tax law and legal writing. Currently, Rita operates at RBM Tax & Legal as a Tax Lawyer since October 2020 and has been an Author & Correspondent for IBFD since February 2018. Previous roles include Tax Lawyer at Sérvulo & Associados and Cuatrecasas, as well as Tax Associate & Head of LATAM Desk at TPA Global. Rita holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Maastricht University and has completed a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Additionally, contributions to academia include guest speaking at Maastricht University and participating in an international moot court competition.
