Currently serving as the Senior Technical Advisor to the Afghanistan Deputy Ministry of Lands with FieldTRAKS LLC, David provides critical technical and policy advice for the Afghanistan Land Administration System Project. As the Owner and President of FieldTRAKS LLC, consulting focuses on enhancing land tenure security and governance. With a strong background in international consulting, David has led significant projects in countries including Afghanistan, Ghana, and Sri Lanka, emphasizing land registration processes and improving land administration through strategic policy reforms. David holds multiple degrees from the University of Ottawa and the University of New Brunswick in engineering and management, complemented by diverse managerial roles in organizations such as Airbus Defence and Space and Thomson Reuters.
