Pep Gallenkamp has a strong work history that spans several decades. Guiseppe (Pep) began their career in 1986 as a software developer and designer at Winterthur Insurance. Guiseppe (Pep) then moved on to NOG Insurance in 1991, where they worked as a software designer and project manager. In 1995, they joined Mees Pierson as a project manager, responsible for the introduction of a Java development factory. Guiseppe (Pep) later became the development manager and team manager at Mees Pierson, where they oversaw the setup of a Java/Websphere competence center and managed up to 24 employees. In 2000, Pep joined Fortis as a team manager, overseeing a team of 12 business consultants and SAP developers. At Fortis, they also had portfolio management responsibilities for five horizontal business lines. Finally, in 2008, they joined International Card Services as an ICT architect, focused on developing and maintaining a consistent enterprise information architecture. Guiseppe (Pep) was also involved in a long-range PCI-DSS compliance program.
