Marc van Dam

Marc van Dam's work experience starts in 2009 at UWV as a Notulist Bezwaar & Beroep on an oproep-basis. Marc was responsible for summarizing hoorzittingen as part of the bezwaarprocedure. In 2013, Marc worked as a Repetitor at Capita Selecta Studieondersteuning, providing tentamentrainingen to groups of 4-12 students. Marc received excellent evaluations for the courses they taught. From 2014 to 2014, they served as a Student-Stagiaire at De Vos + Partners Advocaten N.V., conducting jurisprudentie-onderzoek and assisting with zittingen. Marc joined Conduent in 2015 as a Customer Service Agent, handling inbound calls from consumers regarding Internet, TV, and Telefonie. Marc also analyzed customer problems and provided solutions. Also in 2015, they became a Bestuurslid at Kinder- en Jongerenrechtswinkel Amsterdam, responsible for the administration and fundraising of the Stichting. Marc worked as a Service Desk Medewerker at vatfree.com from 2017 to 2018, assisting customers with VAT refunds and resolving issues. Marc was then involved in a project at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. called Project Herbeoordeling Rentederivaten from 2018 to 2019. Marc became a Trainee at trainee.nl in 2019, holding multiple roles including Trainee Security & Privacy and Business Analist Security. Finally, Marc currently works at International Card Services (ICS) as a Security Officer since 2021.

Marc van Dam attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2009 to 2018, where they pursued a field of study in Rechtsgeleerdheid (Legal Studies). Marc did not obtain a specific degree during this time. Additionally, they obtained the S-ISP certification from SECO-Institute in July 2019 and the Lean Green Belt certification from Lean2Succes in July 2020.
