Paul de Vries RC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul worked as a Business Controller at International Card Services (ICS) from September 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Financial Controller at ICS from November 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining ICS, Paul worked as a Senior Finance Professional at Fidet | Finance Professionals from November 2015 to August 2019. Fidet is a company that helps organizations transform and strengthen their financial functions. Paul played various roles in providing advisory services and implementing recommendations as a project leader or interim specialist.

Prior to Fidet, they worked as a Financial Controller at de Volksbank from April to October 2018 and at Zilveren Kruis from October 2017 to March 2018.

Paul also worked at Rabobank as a Financial Data Analyst - External Reporting | FINREP from June to September 2017, and at Achmea as Financial Control & External Reporting from November 2016 to April 2017.

Paul's previous experience includes working at AMLIN INSURANCE SE as Financial Control & Reporting from November 2015 to October 2016, and at BeFrank as Finance & Control from June 2014 to September 2015.

Before entering the finance sector, Paul worked as a Partner at FocusAdvice from September 2008 to June 2014. FocusAdvice is a company that develops and manages projects for micro and small enterprises, focusing on consulting and supervising business growth, providing custom-made services, workshops, management information instruments, and web applications.

Paul de Vries RC began their education at Willem de Zwijger College from 1999 to 2005, focusing on the field of study "Economie & Maatschappij." Paul then went on to Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 2005 to 2010. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they completed their propaedeutic degree in European Studies. Continuing their education, Paul de Vries RC enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam again, achieving a Master's degree in Strategy & Organization from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, from 2016 to 2022, they studied at Nyenrode Business University, earning a Post Master's degree in Executive Master of Finance & Control (RC).
