Kristen Figliulo

Kristen Figliulo currently serves as the Director of Education for the International Carwash Association, Inc., overseeing online courses and professional development programs since October 2019. Previously, Kristen held the position of Program Officer for Continuing Education at the American Library Association, managing e-learning, event planning, and logistics from October 2013 to October 2019. Kristen's extensive experience in education and event coordination includes roles at SmithBucklin and the Illinois CPA Society, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, vendor relations, and post-event evaluations. Kristen began a professional career in event coordination with the International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect and possesses a BA in Communication, Organizational Leadership and Supervision, Sociology, and History from Purdue University.
