Chantal Heijnen is a professional photographer with over 15 years of experience, currently running Chantal Heijnen Photography since October 2008. In addition to photography, Chantal serves as an educator for the Community Programs at the International Center of Photography since June 2013. Previously, Chantal worked as a social worker for refugees and immigrants at SVMG - Stichting VluchtelingenWerk Midden Gelderland from 1998 to 2008. Chantal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Photography from Fotoacademie Amsterdam (2005-2008) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (1995-1999).
