Jacque Donaldson Bailey has a diverse work experience in the arts and cultural sector. Jacque is currently an Associate Director of Public Programming at the International Center of Photography, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Public Programming at the same organization from January 2020 to June 2021. Jacque also worked as the Manager of Public Programming from November 2018 to December 2019 and as the Coordinator of Public Programming from December 2016 to November 2018.

Jacque also had early career experiences at the International Center of Photography as an Education Assistant and Intern in 2013, at the Phoenix Art Museum as a Contemporary Art Curatorial Intern from August 2011 to February 2012, and at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art as a Curatorial Intern from May 2010 to August 2011.
Jacque Donaldson Bailey completed their education with a Master's Degree in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Photography from Arizona State University between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly studied Art History at New York University. Jacque's educational journey began at Mckinney North High School, with no specific degree or field of study mentioned.
