Leigh Wells serves as the Senior Manager of Youth Programs at the International Center of Photography since October 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Director of Programs and Operations at Community-Word Project, where support was provided to a team of over 50 in creating and evaluating educational programs in New York City. Leigh has a background in education and program management at the Museum of the Moving Image, holding various positions including Associate Director of Education and Manager of Education Programs. Additional roles include curriculum development for the New York International Children's Film Festival, teaching artist positions at the Museum of Arts and Design and Queens Museum, and educator and trainer at NYC H2O. Academic credentials encompass an MFA in Photography, Video & Related Media from the School of Visual Arts and a BFA/BA in Studio Art and English from Northern Kentucky University.
