Stacy Arezou Mehrfar

Stacy Arezou Mehrfar is an accomplished artist and educator with extensive experience in photography and visual arts. Currently serving as faculty at the International Center of Photography since January 2019, and as a continuing education faculty member at the School of Visual Arts since September 2018, Stacy specializes in photobook making, street photography, and collaborative activation. Previous roles include a professor in the Precollege Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where documentary photography and camera phone technique were taught, as well as various positions at UNSW Art & Design, University of Technology Sydney, and National Arts School. Stacy holds a Master of Fine Arts (Research) from UNSW and has a background in both photography and English/Film from the International Center of Photography and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
