Dick Mosher

Dick Mosher is a seasoned attorney and mediator with extensive experience in corporate law, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at The Vanguard Network since November 2022, Mosher also holds positions as a Board Member and Global Liaison for the Association of Corporate Counsel's Nevada Chapter. As President of the Conflict Resolution Alliance Hawaii and a Stonewall Day Ambassador for Pride Live, Mosher promotes inclusivity and dispute resolution. With a distinguished legal practice through Law Offices of Dick Mosher LLC, Mosher also mediates for the Hawaii Court of Appeals and serves on national panels such as the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. An alumnus of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Mosher holds additional qualifications including a Pocket MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a graduate certificate in Creative Leadership.
