Fsiarb Francis Goh Fciarb

Francis Goh, FSIArb, FCIArb is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since June 2023, Francis has been an Equity Partner at Harry Elias Partnership LLP since 2009, overseeing international arbitration and mediation, as well as private client advisory and civil litigation. Additional roles include Chairperson of the Advocacy Committee at The Law Society of Singapore, panel arbitrator and mediator for various international arbitration centers, and guest lecturer at Thammasat University. Francis holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and an Advance Certificate in Trust Services from the Wealth Management Institute.
