John Aguirre

John Aguirre is an experienced leader in management and finance, currently serving as the Director of Management at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). Previously, John held significant roles at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), where responsibilities included Director for Management and Finance (LTA) and Deputy Director & Head of Mission Support Services. Additionally, John served as the Director of the NATO Office of Resources and represented the US Mission to NATO on Finance and Administration Committees, showcasing expertise in budget management and operational support within international organizations.
