Luisa Scarcella

Luisa Scarcella is an accomplished legal and policy expert currently serving as the Global Policy Lead for Taxation and Trade at the International Chamber of Commerce since July 2022. Previously, Luisa held various research and academic roles, including Postdoctoral Researcher at Universiteit Antwerpen and Research Fellow at the Working Party on Tax & Legal Matters. Luisa's experience includes positions as a Research Associate at the International Fiscal Association and the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, along with roles in academia as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and a Visiting Scholar at KU Leuven. Luisa holds a PhD from the University of Graz and a Laurea Magistrale in Law from Università degli Studi di Udine.
