Merlin Dowse

Merlin Dowse is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trade finance and product management within prominent institutions. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the ICC Banking Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce, Merlin has been with J.P. Morgan since August 2010 as Executive Director in Global Trade Finance Product Management, overseeing digital channels and driving innovation in trade finance. Previous roles include Senior Process Manager at Rabobank, where Merlin acted as the main liaison for new product initiatives, and various positions in product management and supply chain management at Rabobank, Makhteshim Agan, and Irvita Plant Protection. Merlin holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Kent.
