Mila Grzyb

Mila Grzyb is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the DRH at the International Chamber of Commerce since July 2016, where global HR strategy and operations are defined and managed across various countries, including France, the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil, and Switzerland. Previously, Mila held the position of HR Deputy Director at Staples, focusing on HR development during a pivotal transformation and restructuring phase. At Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, Mila gained extensive experience managing HR functions in Europe and post-acquisition contexts. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Human Resources from ENSAM Paris and a Global Executive Coaching degree from HEC Paris.
