Ron Phares, CWT has a strong background in corporate account sales and business development. Ron started their career at Ashland Inc. as a Technical Sales representative from 2000 to 2004. Ron then worked as a District Representative at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they held the role of Account Manager at Kurita from 2015 to 2018. Ron later joined Kersia, inventing a food safe world, as a Regional Business Development Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Corporate Account Sales at International Chemtex.
Ron Phares, CWT has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Leadership from Bethel University. Ron has also completed a program in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School Online. Moreover, Ron Phares has pursued studies in Chemical Engineering at Parkland College and obtained an A.E.S. degree.
