Ambassadeur Representant Permanent at International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)

Moumouni Dieguimde is an accomplished aviation consultant with extensive experience spanning over a decade in international civil aviation standards and practices. Currently serving as a consultant at Aero Evolution - Strategic Aviation Management since January 2021, Moumouni has also been the Permanent Representative Ambassador for The International Civil Aviation Organization since June 2011. Previously, Moumouni held the position of Minister of Infrastructure, Disenclavement, and Transport for the Transition Government of Burkina Faso and served as the Director General of Civil Aviation and Meteorology in Burkina Faso from 2008 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Airport Governance from the University of Surrey, a Master's degree in International Relations from York College, and a Bachelor's degree in Airport Management from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology.
