Sophie Callies

Sophie Callies PhD is a distinguished expert in innovative learning solutions, currently serving as Director and Researcher at Brainiak since July 2018. As a co-founder and Vice President of Solutions, Sophie has led the design of transformative learning experiences for various educational formats. Additional roles include designing instructional programs for The International Civil Aviation Organization and providing distance education as a tutor and lecturer at Cégep à distance and Université TÉLUQ. Sophie's extensive background encompasses academic research project management in educational technology, instructional design, and online training at various institutions, coupled with substantial contributions to the fields of cognitive science and artificial intelligence, supported by a Doctor of Philosophy from UQAM.
