Tolulope Agiri

Tolulope Agiri is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Director/Head of Human Resources at The International Civil Aviation Organization since March 2022, Tolulope previously held the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Interswitch Group from March 2018 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Strategic Regional HR Business Partner at the World Food Programme, overseeing HR functions for eleven countries in Southern Africa, and leading the Human Resources function at Unilever Nigeria, where significant achievements included cultural transformation and the establishment of a strong employer brand. Tolulope's career began at KPMG, where responsibilities included compensation and benefits coordination and training management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos.
