Anik Clemens

Anik Clemens, ACC, is the Regional Director for North America, Latin America, and Caribbean at the International Coaching Federation, focusing on market development, member engagement, and partnership sustainability. Previously, Anik served as Volunteer Engagement Director and Senior Development Manager in North America, enhancing volunteer experiences and supporting local chapters. Anik owns Anik Perspectives, LLC, as a Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach, aiding individuals through significant life transitions. Earlier in the career, Anik held various roles at NOAA, including Team Lead of the Policy Branch and Fishery Biologist, contributing to sustainable fisheries management. Anik also worked as a Scuba Diving Instructor and Research Assistant, alongside academic credentials including a B.S. in Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution, and a B.A. in German Literature from UC San Diego, complemented by a certification in Law of Attraction Life Coaching.
