Magdalena Nowicka Mook is the CEO of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Magdalena has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including previous positions as Assistant Executive Director at ICF and Assistant Director of National Policy at The Council of State Governments. Magdalena has a deep commitment to coaching and its potential to transform lives and organizations. Under their leadership, ICF has grown to become the largest global organization dedicated to professional coaching, with over 30,000 members in more than 100 countries.
Magdalena Nowicka Mook has a Master's in International Trade from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Certificate in the Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching and Constellation from the College of Executive Coaching, and a Certificate in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching.
