Pat Mathews

Pat is president of Mathews Associates. She is an RN, has a master’s degree in Health Administration, and holds an executive leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown University (2001). Pat received the ICF Global President’s Award in 2013 and was inducted into the ICF Circle of Distinction in 2019. She is a founding faculty member of the Institute for Transformational Leadership and is the former program director of the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University.
