Carlos F. Dominguez

Carlos F. Dominguez is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in management and public health. Currently serving as the Health Center Manager at International Community Health Services since March 2014, Carlos oversees the operations of the Holly Park Medical Clinic and is a key member of the ICHS Management Team. Previously, Carlos worked as a Research Coordinator at the University of Washington from September 2008 to December 2013, where efforts focused on improving workplace safety for immigrant day laborers. Carlos also held the position of Program Manager for Emergency Preparedness at Public Health-Seattle & King County from 2006 to 2008, developing disaster preparedness training and response plans. Earlier in the career, Carlos managed the largest medical clinic within the SeaMar Community Health Centers system from 2003 to 2006, providing critical care to underserved communities. Carlos holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Health and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from San Francisco State University.
