Gildas Cheung is currently the Chair at International Community Health Services. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at Amazon from January 2017 to December 2019. There, they were responsible for identifying new business and improvement opportunities in Retail, defining new product vision, use cases, and delivery roadmap, and increasing profitability program effectiveness to meet free cash-flow objectives. Some of their notable achievements include developing a machine learning model with data scientist to predict profitability root causes, launching v1 product to optimize selection and profitability decisions, quickly hacking to create an profitability driver data set to explain Retail bottom line losses, and generating $125M in annualized free cash-flow and $25M incremental free cash-flow through experimentations.
Before working at Amazon, Cheung was the President of The Board Of Directors at International Community Health Services. Gildas has also worked as a Merck Undergraduate Fellow at the University of Washington and as a Senior Program Manager (Product Manager outside of Microsoft) and Program Manager Intern at Microsoft.
Gildas Cheung has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington. Gildas is certified in Project LEAD Graduate from United Way of King County and in User-Centered Design and Usability from the University of Washington.
