Roseline Buyeka MSN, MPH, RN has extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Roseline served as a Director of Clinical Services at International Community Health Services, overseeing patient care standards and implementing care management programs. Prior to this, they were a Clinical Operations Manager at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, Roseline was a Nurse Supervisor at International Community Health Services, where they led the implementation of new EHR systems and managed the COVID-19 response. Roseline also worked as a Program Manager at Community Health Plan of Washington and as a Senior Program Officer at CRISSP-University of Nairobi, where they provided support for HIV programs. Early in their career, they served as Lead Nurse & Clinical Mentor at Eastern Deanery AIDS Relief Program, gaining extensive experience in maternal and child health care.

Roseline also has a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Systems Leadership from The University of Arizona College of Nursing. Roseline'sBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) was obtained from the University of Nairobi, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management. Additionally, they earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from Moi University. Roseline has also obtained certifications in Quality and Patient Safety, Comprehensive Emergency Obstetrics Care, and Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health Fellowship.
