Thespena Pooni has extensive experience in attendee experience management, currently serving as Department Head at International Conference Services since February 2016, with a progressive career path that includes roles as Senior Manager, Manager, and Junior Manager in the same department. Additionally, Thespena has been with the Bank of Montreal as a Customer Service Representative since October 2008. Prior experience includes positions as Sales Coordinator and Central Reservation Agent at Sandman Hotel Group from February 2011 to February 2016. Thespena holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Victoria's Peter B. Gustavson School of Business and has a Hospitality Management Diploma from Vancouver Community College. Further educational background includes study at Masaryk University in Brno.
