Michael Gregory is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equipment sales, technical support, and field service management. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Midlantic Regional Sales & Technical Support Manager at ICE, Inc. since January 2006, Michael is responsible for assisting estimators, project managers, and pile foremen with their pile driving equipment needs throughout the bidding process to project completion. In previous roles at ICE, Michael also led parts sales and managed field service operations, focusing on troubleshooting, logistics, and preventative maintenance. Prior to joining ICE, Michael worked as an Equipment Technician at Drive-Con and gained foundational skills as a Field Service Technician at ICE. Michael's early career includes service in the U.S. Army as an M1A1/2 Tank Systems Maintainer, where expertise in electric, hydraulic, and firing systems was developed.
