Cristina Gimenez

Cristina Gimenez is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in business improvement, education, operations, and marketing. Currently serving as Business Improvement Manager at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. since February 2022, Cristina has previously held roles of Business Improvement Officer and Management Trainee within the same organization. As a Co-Founder and Lead Operations at ersatz, Cristina has been instrumental in driving operational efficiencies since January 2020. In addition, Cristina has contributed to the arts as a Teacher at Ecole de Ballet Manille since April 2016 and has developed marketing content as a Copywriter for multiple organizations, including Tropa Store and Áraw the Line. Cristina’s earlier experience includes a role as Lead Preschool Teacher at PAREF Ridgefield School from June 2018 to June 2021. Cristina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Education from the University of Asia and the Pacific, graduating in 2018.
