Andy Rogers

Andy Rogers is the Vice-President at INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COACHING EXCELLENCE. Andy has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development.

Most recently, they were the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at YourCase from December 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for sales planning, development, performance, and account management for a $48M+ business. In their two years at the company, they increased revenue by 24% in their first year and 17% in their second year.

Prior to YourCase, Rogers was the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Walker Advertising—Legal Marketing Solutions from November 2016 to October 2019. In this role, they owned all aspects of sales and business development for the company. Andy grew market penetration and sales figures by leveraging existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and personally overseeing the entire process. Andy also authored and led solution selling strategy initiatives by creating and implementing a formalized sales and training process.

Rogers has also been a thought leader and speaker at multiple tradeshows and industry conferences throughout their career.

Andy Rogers first earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Law from American Heritage University: School of Law. Andy then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from American Heritage University of Southern California.
