John Bales is the president of the International Council for Coaching Excellence. John has over 25 years of experience in the coaching industry. John was the CEO of the Coaching Association of Canada from 1996 to 2013, and the director of the National Coaching Institute Calgary from 1994 to 1996.
John Bales attended McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Physical Education degree. John then attended INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, where they obtained an MBA.
