Chelsea Baldino

Chelsea Baldino is an experienced professional in environmental research and policy, currently serving as the Fuels Program Lead at The International Council on Clean Transportation since January 2018. Baldino leads a global team focused on reducing the greenhouse gas impact of fuels and conducts life-cycle and techno-economic analyses to support advanced fuel commercialization. Prior roles at ICCT included Senior Researcher and Researcher, with involvement in hydrogen and fuel cell research, while earlier experience encompasses consulting on sustainable agriculture with the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies and research assistance at various environmental organizations. Chelsea Baldino holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
