Connor Baker

Connor Baker is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Fellow in the Future of Conflict at the International Crisis Group since July 2023, Connor has previously held roles such as Senior Growth & Partnerships Manager at Fig Finance from April 2022 to August 2023, and led national field operations in Kenya at Tugende from January 2021 to April 2022. Between January 2017 and November 2020, Connor worked at GM Financial in various capacities, including New Markets and Strategic Initiatives Manager. Additional experience includes a consultancy position at Allstate and roles in the mortgage sector with Quicken Loans. Connor holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with minors in economics and German from Michigan State University.
