Oleg Ignatov is a seasoned professional in the field of analysis and policy, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the International Crisis Group since December 2020. Prior to this, Oleg held the position of Deputy Director at the Center for Current Policy from July 2014 to November 2020. Oleg's experience also includes a role in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Le programme personnalités d’avenir in 2016, as well as academic positions as a Lecturer at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics and Moscow State University, where responsibilities included lecturing and research. Oleg completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Philosophy at Lomonosov Moscow State University from 1997 to 2006.
