Shewit Woldemichael

Shewit Woldemichael serves as a Senior Analyst for Sudan at the International Crisis Group since November 2022. Additionally, Woldemichael has been a Researcher at the Institute for Security Studies since March 2019. Prior roles include Programme and Communications Advisor at the Life and Peace Institute from October 2015 to February 2019 and Head of Relations at Africa Humanitarian Action from December 2014 to October 2015. Woldemichael holds an MA in Peace and Security Studies and a BA in Sociology and Social Anthropology, both from Addis Ababa University.
