Michael Wiggam has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at International Dehydrated Foods since December 2015. Prior to that, they worked at TIMET from 2006 to 2015, starting as a Human Resources Specialist and eventually becoming the Director of North American Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for various HR initiatives, including employee/labor relations, disciplinary issues, recruiting, succession planning, performance reviews, and conformance to applicable laws and regulations. Michael also provided strategic direction as a business partner to North American facilities in areas such as staffing, scheduling, employee morale, and succession planning. Additionally, they served as an HR Manager, where they administered collective bargaining agreements, participated in contract negotiations, and provided counseling and support to managers and supervisors on employment practices and issues. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong understanding of HR principles and has been involved in various aspects of HR management.
Michael Wiggam has a Master's degree in Human Resources (MSHR) from Robert Morris University, which they obtained in 2007. Michael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (BS) from the same university, earned in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
