Lance White

Lance White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at International Design Services, Inc. since January 2024, Lance previously held the position of Head of Sales, Marketing & Estimating at X-Steel Detailing from November 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth and managing project bids. Prior experience includes working as a Structural Steel Detailer at Bell Steel Company, co-owning Concrete Cowboys Inc., and serving as the Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager at Southern Floor Systems. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Pensacola State College and an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Valencia College.
