Abdus Salam currently serves as the Manager of Business Development at International Development Enterprises, holding this position since November 2014. In this role, Abdus Salam manages projects under the CMDI (Char Market Development Initiatives) initiative, focusing on the Upazilas of Nageswari, Chilmari, and Raumari. Abdus Salam completed high school at Bhotemari SC High School in Kaliganj, Lalmonirhat from 1972 to 1981, where studies included Bangla, English, Biology, Physics, Elective Math, and Islam Shikkha.
