Casper Ngorima

Casper Ngorima is an experienced professional in the agricultural and finance sectors, currently serving as a Program Manager overseeing the SMART Program at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since April 2017. Prior to this role, Casper held various positions at Banco Oportunidade de Moçambique, including Agriculture Finance Manager, Area Agribusiness Coordinator, and Agribusiness Supervisor from April 2010 to April 2017. Additionally, from 2015 to 2017, Casper worked as Project Field Operations Manager at P4I Partners and held the position of Leaf Technician at Moçambique Leaf Tobacco from June 2008 to March 2010, focusing on family sector farming under an input credit scheme. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Agricultural and Rural Finance from the University of Pretoria, a BSCHC in Counseling Psychology from Zimbabwe Open University, a Diploma in Education from the University of Zimbabwe, and ongoing professional development at the Zimbabwe Open University Centre for Professional Development.
