Casper Ngorima is an experienced professional in the agricultural and finance sectors, currently serving as a Program Manager overseeing the SMART Program at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since April 2017. Prior to this role, Casper held various positions at Banco Oportunidade de Moçambique, including Agriculture Finance Manager, Area Agribusiness Coordinator, and Agribusiness Supervisor from April 2010 to April 2017. Additionally, from 2015 to 2017, Casper worked as Project Field Operations Manager at P4I Partners and held the position of Leaf Technician at Moçambique Leaf Tobacco from June 2008 to March 2010, focusing on family sector farming under an input credit scheme.
